Wellness at Awbury

Awbury Arboretum is a place to connect with nature and to seek wellness.  Sometimes that looks like a yoga pose and deep breathing, and other other times that looks like jogging with your dog or participating in group fitness dancing.

Our wellness classes are donation based – suggested minimum of $5 per class.

  • Let’s take a walk together and get to know our Awbury community.  Each week we will offer a theme: how to deal with stress, the history of Awbury, the birds of Awbury, etc.

  • Breathe, move, and embody awareness in the quiet beauty of the Arboretum as you open your senses.  Classes include slow, gentle movements while standing, and was well as lying or sitting qigong. Please bring a towel or mat.
