Fall 2025 Programs
Intro to Archery & Wilderness Survival
CANCELLED–we will offer this again in the spring
Learn basic safety protocols for archery and whittling (carving with a knife). In archery, learn the parts of the bow and arrow, proper stance, grip, and aim. Learn how to build shelters, how to lay and light campfires, field first aid, wild foraging, campfire cooking, and knot tying.
Participants: children ages 8-11; 16 students maximum
Fee: $150 for 6 weeks ($140 for Member Families)
Dates: Thursdays, Sept 25-Oct 30, 2025
Time: 4:00-6:00 pm
Intermediate Wilderness Survival
Practice more advanced drills and skills in archery. Whittle simple tools. Build advanced shelters, make matchless campfires, advanced field first aid, wild foraging, campfire cooking, and more complex knot tying.
Participants: children ages 11-15; 16 students maximum
Fee: $150 for 6 weeks ($140 for Member Families)
Dates: Tuesdays, Sept 23-Oct 28, 2025
Time: 4:00-6:00 pm
