Meet Megan 

As the Wellness Coordinator, Megan Do Nascimento has transformed yoga and wellness at Awbury. As a passionate instructor, early-rise wellness walker, and chair yoga guru, the wellness community at Awbury has never been busier. Megan enjoys using nature to heal and feel connected to the earth and brings a joyful spirit to all of her classes. 

Ongoing Classes

Led by Megan Do Nascimento, these early morning walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 7 am – 8 am and meet at the entrance to the Farm at Awbury – 6336 Ardleigh St, Philadelphia, PA 19138. All are welcome to join Awbury’s dedicated and fun-loving wellness community while breathing in the fresh morning air. Walks average ~2.5 miles.

Led by community walk leaders, these late morning walks take place on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am – 12 pm and meet at the entrance to the Farm at Awbury – 6336 Ardleigh St, Philadelphia, PA 19138.

We Walk PHL seeks to promote positive health outcomes, increase use of Philadelphia’s park system, and create opportunities for people to pursue fitness goals while meeting their neighbors.
