As one of its community partners, Awbury Arboretum welcomes the Guild to use the land for their dye garden. In exchange, PGHW educates visitors to the Arboretum’s community events about natural dyes. Guild members are encouraged to help maintain the plants, weed the garden, and learn to harvest and process the dye. The Guild participates in Awbury events during the year, educating visitors about the garden and encouraging them to try their hand at weaving, spinning, and carding
