Join Megan and Ariel at Francis Cope House for 90 minutes of relaxation. Megan will guide you through a restorative yoga class (we use lots of props and hold postures with support). Ariel will play crystal singing bowls and serenade you with a sound bath that will leave your body feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. At a cellular level, the sounds are harmonizing the frequencies both inside and outside of the body balancing the chakra.

Instructor Biographies

Ariel Monroe is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Massage Healer, owner of Delta E.M Wellness, and Licensed Massage Therapist. Ariel recently moved to Germantown and has been involved at Awbury by bringing her chair massage table to events like the Harvest Fest, Sunday Fun Days, and other wellness classes.

Megan Do Nascimento is the wellness coordinator at Awbury Arboretum and a yoga instructor. Megan enjoys using nature to heal and feel connected to the earth.
