About the Community Planning Committee
All neighbors, friends, members, and arboretum users are welcome!
Community Planning is a standing committee of the Awbury Arboretum Association Board of Directors. It is chaired by a member of the board and meets every other month. Meetings generally are convened via Zoom and offer brief updates on key initiatives with ample opportunity for questions and comments. Each meeting includes a period for discussion of non-agenda items; participants can use the “Raise hand” or “Chat” functions in Zoom to bring issues or concerns to the chair’s attention. Meetings typically last one hour. Participants are requested to identify themselves with their full names on the Zoom screen.
