Join us for this annual favorite… in a new location!
Saturday, December 4th, 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Cost: Attendance is FREE! Most activities are free; some items for sale. No registration required to attend, although pre-ordering is required of workshops and suggested for wreaths and greens
Location: The Farm at Awbury Arboretum, 6336 Ardleigh St, Philadelphia

Please consider bringing nonperishable boxed and canned food items to donate! We will deliver all items to the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Food Pantry.
Pre-ordering is now closed. Pre-orders (and day-of sales) will be available for pick-up at the Farm at Awbury during the Holiday Farm Party & Greens Sale on Saturday, December 4th between 1:00 and 4:00 PM.
Proceeds support the Arboretum and our mission to preserve and interpret our historic house and landscape and provide our community with free access to nature and history 365 days a year.

Workshops (Pre-registration is closed, but a few spots are still open! Limited day-of tickets will be available on Saturday)
Led by sculptor and urban garden designer Susan Benarcik.
❦ 1:30 PM – Wreath Decorating Workshop – Each ticket includes a mixed green wreath, instruction, and all the fixings! A great holiday activity to do with a loved one. Feel free to bring sentimental trinkets from home to incorporate and customize.
❦ 3:00 PM – Centerpiece Workshop – Each ticket includes instruction and all required materials to make a gorgeous holiday centerpiece. Includes plugs for use indoors or outdoors
Workshop leader Susan Benarcik is a sculptor and urban garden designer based in Delaware. Evolving simultaneously as artist and gardener, Benarcik possesses an innate understanding of natural materials, which is dually expressed in her artwork and garden designs. Hard wired to inspire audiences with a fresh perspective, her work has been exhibited across the country in galleries, museums, sculpture parks, arboreta, and botanic gardens such as the New York Design Center, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the Delaware Art Museum.
Susan grew up helping in her family’s floral shop. Drawing on decades of experience in creating holiday decor Susan will give participants pro tips on wreath and centerpiece making as well as demonstrate traditional, modern and naturalistic styles that participants can draw from in making their take home holiday work of art.
