Enjoy a guided bird hike led by Jason Hall from the In Color Birding Club (ICBC), which was founded in Spring of 2021 to create pathways and intentional space in nature for black and brown folks, specifically birding. The ICBC welcomes all black and brown naturalists as well as those non-BIPOC folks who practice ACTIVE allyship. For more information, visit www.incolorbirding.org.
Over 150 species have been recorded at this eBird hotspot which provides 56 acres of greenery in the heart of the beautiful Germantown section of Philadelphia. Bring binoculars if you have them, but they are not necessary. Please dress comfortably for a hike.
