“Afro-House For Everyone”
is a fusion dance class mixed with Traditional West African and House Dance movement vocabulary.
This class is a mixed-level class designed to increase cardio, and strengthen abdominal muscles while moving your body to a funky beat.

About the Instructor
Antoinette M. Coward-Gilmore is the Founder, CEO, and Artistic Director of Danse4Nia, Philadelphia’s premier art organization that is the home to professional project-based dance company Phoenix Dance and youth dance company Nia-Next. A native of Philadelphia Coward-Gilmore began her dance training in 1985.
