Awbury Arboretum’s weddings and large events are arranged strictly with our chosen caterers.

You are welcome at Awbury as our guest. Awbury’s primary mission is to preserve and interpret the historic house and landscape thereby connecting an urban community with nature and history. The following procedures are enforced to insure that you and your guests are safe, that your event is a pleasant one with good memories and that Awbury is preserved and protected so that others may enjoy it.

Event rentals are between 1 PM and 8 PM Saturday and Sunday. Events are a minimum of 5, maximum of 8, hours including set-up, takedown and cleanup. Initial__________
You may decorate for your event. However, nails, screws, staples, and tape of any kind MUST not be used to attach decoration. Use of such attachments will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and staff will remove the attachments. Initial__________
All Rentals (chairs, tables, linens, plates, flatware, flowers, etc) are the renter’s and caterer’s responsibility. Delivery and pick-up times and dates are to be scheduled with Awbury Staff a minimum of seven days prior to delivery. Initial__________
Renter/caterer is responsible for cleaningup after event. This includes folding and stacking chairs and tables in designated area and removal of all event trash from the property. Trash left on the property will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit. Initial__________

Awbury reserves the right to conclude an event if violations of these rules and procedures occur.
A refundable Security Deposit and 50% of event rental fee are required to hold a date for your event.
Balance of rental fee is due a minimum of two-month s prior to event
