RENTAL FEES FOR USE OF THE COPE HOUSE AND GROUNDS AT AWBURY ARBORETUM

PICNICS

  • Rental fee includes use of Awbury Arboretum’s Grounds and use of house restrooms
  • Maximum number of guests – 200
  • Events are to be held between the hours of 12 Noon and 8 PM

PARKING FEE is required for 20 cars or more on arboretum grounds. 

Parking fee for attendant to monitor vehicles - $ 50.00 per event per attendant.

An additional attendant is required for each additional 20 cars.

Additional rules for Picnics

  • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED.            Initial__________

A refundable Security Deposit of $250.00 and 50% of event rental fee is required to hold a date for your event.  Deposit and 50% of rental fee are due by date given in rental contract.

Balance of rental fee is due a minimum of two-month s prior to event

Please let us know if you are a member of Awbury Arboretum.
Members receive a 10% discount on Arboretum rental fees

* Security Deposit, event rental, & due date may be subject to special arrangement, based on rental request. The security deposit will be returned within two weeks of the event, or you will be notified if any or all of the deposit is to be forfeited.

** All Fees are subject to change without notice, however a contracted price will remain in force.
