RENTAL FEES FOR USE OF THE COPE HOUSE AND GROUNDS AT AWBURY ARBORETUM
BUSINESS /COMMUNITY MEETINGS & RETREATS
For 25 or fewer people (Meetings with more than 25 people will be priced based on specific needs and requirements.)
Meeting Room and Parlors - Standard set up includes two tables and 12 - 25 chairs
Conference room is not available after 12 on Wednesdays.
Weekday rental of Parlors or Meeting Room $100.00 per hour
rental of both Parlors and Meeting Room - $125.00 per hour
Weekend rental of Parlors or Meeting Room $150.00 per hour
rental of both Parlors and Meeting Room - $175.00 per hour
*There is a discount for non-profits. Please ask for details
FOOD FOR MEETINGS
You may bring, or have delivered, refreshments if you choose. Awbury Garden Club Annual Plant Swap July 2006
Should you wish to have Awbury Staff provide refreshments, costs are:
Continental Breakfast $10.00 per person
Snacks $6.00 per person
Box Lunch $10.00 to $12.00 per person
PARKING FEE is required for 20 cars or more on arboretum grounds.
Parking fee for attendant to monitor vehicles - $ 50.00 per event per attendant.
An additional attendant is required for each additional 20 cars.
Cooking With Herbs Workshop August 2006
A refundable Security Deposit of $250.00 and 50% of event rental fee is required to hold a date.
Deposit and 50% of rental fee are due by date given in rental contract.

Members receive a 10% discount on Arboretum rental fees.
