Rental Rates

Evening and Weekend Rentals

Pricing is based on the size of your event:

Small‐scale Events (Fewer than 30 people):

$110 an hour April through October

$75 an hour November through March

(Paid time must be scheduled for set‐up and clean‐up)
Security Deposit: $100


 

Medium‐scale Events (30‐59 people): Base rate: $900 for 6 hours*

Large‐scale Events (60‐124 people): Base rate: $1500 for 6 hours*

Max. Capacity Events (125‐200 people): Base rate: $2100 for 6 hours*

Security Deposit: $200

*At least one hour must be set aside for set‐up and one hour for clean‐up, with a minimum of four
hours for the event itself. You may add hours (see below).

Optional extras:
– Each additional hour: $110
– Additional Parking Attendant: $15/hour

Balance: The full rental fee is due 30 days prior to the event. If payment is past due, the event may be
cancelled and the Deposit forfeited.

Discounts: Arboretum members (“White Pine” or “Scarlet Oak” level) receive a 10% discount.
Neighbors who live within 10 blocks of the Arboretum also receive a 10% discount.


 

Weekday Meetings, Conferences, and Retreats

Monday through Friday:
9‐5 use of Conference Room (up to 20 participants): $300
9‐5 use of Conference Room (non‐profit): $150
9‐5 use of Conference Room and Parlors (up to 75 participants): $450
9‐5 use of Conference Room and Parlors (non‐profit): $250

Additional hourly rate for Conference Room: $50

Security Deposit: $100
