Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Location: outside on the the Cope House porch at Awbury Arboretum 

Cost: FREE!  (Donations appreciated.)

Bring your own mat or borrow one of our community mats.

Lauren Stables has been practicing yoga for 5 years and has a deep passion for sharing the mental and physical benefits that yoga has to offer. She has completed a 200 hour Vinyassa Teacher Certification, with the Ashtanga yoga lineage and is also trained as a trauma sensitive yoga instructor through Street Yoga. Her classes offer choices and modifications for practitioners of all levels and she believes that “you are your best teacher.”When she is not practicing yoga she is working with youth, taking them on backpacking trips and rock climbing with Outward Bound Philadelphia School. 

Julian Hinson received his 200 hour yoga teaching certification from Reflections Yoga at The Anamaya Yoga Retreat Center in Montezuma, Costa Rica.  He has taught in Philadelphia, Bahia Brazil and Costa Rica. He teaches Vinyasa yoga with a strong focus on pranayama and meditation, aiming to promote holistic wellness for his students. He enjoys adapting his lessons to the flow and level of the groups he trains, paying special attention to his students needs and desires. Energetic awareness and yoga philospophy are central to his practice and his work. He is excited to share, learn and practice with you.
