a Germantown Supper Club Dinner with Chef Gail Hinson
Please join us for our celebration of freedom and our culinary journey from the African Diaspora to America. We will mark cuisine and traditions that have become a quintessential part of America’s Culture and History. Our tasting journey will explore cuisine from a multi-cultural perspective and feature recipes from cookbook authors from the 18th through 21st century.
We will also feature a performance by spoken word and performing artist Victoria Peurifoy.
