Gay Gilpin Johnson’s passion, commitment, and tireless service to Awbury Arboretum and her community was the force behind many of the programs and initiatives launched at Awbury over the 60 years she called the arboretum home. Generations of Arboretum staff, Board members, volunteers, and visitors have been the beneficiaries of Gay’s grace, generosity, and quiet determination. She was and will continue to be an inspiration. We hope you will join us in celebration of her legacy, as we unveil the Gay Gilpin Johnson Archives and Education Fund at Awbury Arboretum.
