Keirra continues to seek additional yoga and naturopathic trainings to deepen her practice and self awareness. A certified massage therapist, yoga teacher and student, Lana has a wonderful capacity for being wholly present with students. This enables her to be responsibe to their needs. She brings a deep sense of meditative serenity and focused intention to her yoga classes. Lana is passionate about helping students to sink deeply into their most relaxed selves, releasing accumulated "baggage," flushing out toxins, creating space, quieting the mind, replacing "dis"ease with ease, and recharging them to continue on their life journey. Classes are a balanace of movement and stillness, effort and surrender. Lana shares her approach to teaching Yoga, in her own words: "I approach health from a holistic perspective, treating mind, body, soul as one. I believe that each and every one of us had out own innate ability to heal ourselves as well as maintain that healthy state. I structure classes to create a safe space for this process to occur."
