Awbury Landscape Services (ALS, Inc.) was formed in 1996 to provide entry level jobs for Awbury's job training graduates. Today, ALS provides a wide range of landscape services to institutions, corporations and individual home owners in the Greater Philadelphia region. The Arboretum's noted landscape training program provides disadvantaged women and men with extensive training in horticulture and landscape maintenance. ALS employs the best graduates of Awbury's program.
Steve Pascavitch, the General Manager, has over thirty years experience in urban forestry and landscape maintenance, and assures continued high quality services, delivered at a reasonable cost and on time. Some of our current clients include residential properties as well as Cliveden of the National Trust, Franklin Institute Science Museum, and Old Pine Street Church.
Awbury Landscape Services, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Awbury Arboretum Association. All profits go to support the Arboretum's mission of conservation, education and preservation. Awbury Arboretum offers the community a broad range of programs and services including: environmental education for school age children, landscaping and career mentoring program for teens, and adult job training in horticulture
